Weekly mindful connection drop-in sessions on Zoom
During this challenging time I’m offering weekly ‘mindful connection’ drop-ins via Zoom. There are two sessions per week (starting 20 January 2021) and you are welcome to attend as and when you wish. Donations are welcome but not required or expected.
In these sessions we’ll be taking timeout to connect with ourselves and each other in a co-created space of natural ease and acceptance. The sessions will involve meditative guidance interwoven with sharing what’s arising for us, and resting together in silence and stillness. In these uncertain times, these sessions will help us find a reliable inner source of stability and wellbeing in the midst of changing external circumstances.
When you register you’ll get a Zoom link which works each week for both Tuesdays and Wednesdays and you can come along when you want.
Are these sessions suitable for me?
No prior knowledge or experience of mindfulness, meditation or natural awareness is necessary. If you have some experience of mindfulness or other forms of meditation and your practice has fallen by the wayside, this is an opportunity to gain a fresh perspective and renewed momentum. Likewise, if you’ve reached a plateau and are wondering where to go next, the natural awareness approach could open things up.
There is no expectation or pressure to make donations but if you like, you can do so on the following link.
You can pay securely by card on this link even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Anything you give is much appreciated, but if you don’t give anything you are still very welcome to join the sessions.
The session was great! Even though it was virtual I felt a good vibe and connection. I usually meditate on my own and it was good to share that space with all of you. I loved the freedom of sharing our experience if we wanted to.
